All meetings will be held at 1:30pm with location to be announced, unless otherwise specified at least 2 days in advance of the meeting date. Please provide the Chairman of the Board with any agenda items you have at least 2 days prior to the meeting date. Any committee members/chairs will have the opportunity to speak during their overseeing Director’s time. Any general community or affiliate members wishing to attend are welcome to attend. If general community or affiliate members wish to address the board, they should contact the Chairman of the Board firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days in advance of the meeting schedule and check in with the Secretary of the Board prior to the start of the meeting.
